Edward H. Passini Jr, DDS dreamed of being a dentist ever since grade school and his passion for his profession shines through around the office and with his patients. He has a following of many loyal patients which comes as no surprise after just one visit with him. His compassionate, meticulous and trustworthy disposition is further substantiated by devoted team members who have worked alongside him for nearly two decades.

Born in Highland Park, IL and raised in Arkansas, he completed high school at Little Rock Central. He went on to graduate cum laude at UALR, where he was a four year letterman and the first baseball player to be inducted into the UALR Athletic Hall of Fame, before attending the University Of Missouri School Of Dentistry. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Passini practiced 15 years in West Little Rock before combining with Samuel Beavers and Gene Howard to form a multi-office dental group. He moved to their North Little Rock location and practiced group dentistry, providing surgical, prosthetic, and restorative services from 1995-2011.

Working in the field of dentistry since 1977, Dr. Passini now focuses on general and family dentistry at Central Dental in Little Rock. He is well respected and sought after for his special interest in fixed and removable restorations as well as his synergistic and unrivaled partnership of over 18 years with master dental technician, David Howell.

He and his wonderful wife, Melissa, have three children; Emily, a partner in a public relations firm in Nashville,TN; Rusty, a biology teacher and head baseball coach at Little Rock Central; and Lucy, a student at Cabot Middle School. He also has two lively grandchildren, Emma and Joe, that keep him on his toes.

Away from the office, he stays close to his roots and the community as the assistant baseball coach at Little Rock Central High School. He enjoys a regular round of golf and founded the Central Dental Golf Tournament that is held annually at Greystone Country Club in Cabot, Arkansas. When he’s looking to wind down he turns to reading, gardening or a challenging crossword puzzle. Home is where his heart is because he mostly loves to spend time with his family.
